Data analysis was conducted with multiple linear regression tests using IBM SPSS 30. The results showed that FOMO has a positive and significant influence on impulse buying, while influencer endorsement has no significant effect on impulse buying in adolescents. Adopting a quantitative approach, the study employed a survey method involving 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results show that the ease of transactions has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, as well as a direct positive impact on customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly contributes to customer loyalty and serves as an effective mediator in the relationship between transaction ease and loyalty. This study's primary concern is how these characteristics affect consumers' intentions to buy, both directly and indirectly through perceptions of risk, which can affect a buyer's choice to buy a product. This study's primary goals are to evaluate the role that risk perception plays in decision-making about purchases and to investigate the empirical relationships between influencer marketing, online reviews, brand credibility, and buy intention. Questionnaires are used to collect data for this quantitative investigation. The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method was used to examine the data and test the relationship model between the variables under study. The findings demonstrated that risk perception and purchase intention are significantly impacted by brand credibility, with a large effect on both variables (path coefficient 0.319 for buy intention and 0.731 for risk perception). Online reviews and influencer marketing, on the other hand, have less of an impact on risk perception and purchase intention. The association between online reviews and purchase intention is found to be mediated by risk perception (path coefficient 0.298); however, the relationship between influencer marketing and buy intention is not mediated by risk perception. The data in this study were obtained from interviews with 6 active Smart City development actors who carry out the smart governance development process. The data is then processed using source triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the Brebes district is currently in the process of implementing the initial stage towards Smart City. All interviewees agreed that currently the Brebes district and its OPD are committed both in terms of budget and program to direct their respective institutions to participate in carrying out the Brebes Smart City program in accordance with the master plan that has been discussed in 2022. Brebes Regency in its implementation has implemented e-governance indicators based on the standards set by PPID, unfortunately it is still not optimal or has not been carried out in other sectors or fields. Phenomena such as remote working, flexible working hours, and high productivity demands have introduced new challenges directly impacting organizational behaviour—manifested through employee engagement, job satisfaction, organizational loyalty, and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). This study aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize empirical literature that explores the relationship between WLB and organizational behaviour in the modern work environment. Employing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA protocol, this study examines 40 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 across various national and international indexed databases. The literature selection process consisted of four stages: identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion, using criteria such as topical relevance, methodological quality, and contextual applicability. The findings indicate that WLB is positively associated with several indicators of organizational behaviour, including increased organizational commitment, enhanced work motivation, and reduced turnover intention. However, this relationship is not universal, as it is moderated by contextual factors such as organizational culture, industry type, employee age, and gender. The study also reveals that managerial interventions—such as flexible work policies, supervisory support, and digital technologies—play a crucial role in strengthening the positive impact of WLB on organizational behaviour. The implications of these findings contribute theoretically to the development of an adaptive organizational behaviour framework in the modern era and provide practical guidance for HR managers in designing work policies that support employee well-being. This research aims to find evidence regarding how beauty influencers influence consumers’ purchasing intentions for makeup products in Surabaya. The results from 239 respondents show that variable relationships influence consumer purchasing intentions, using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The research was processed using SPSS Statistics 27 and Amos Graphics. The research results are processed through measurement models and structural models. This research contributes to gaining a deeper understanding of the strength of purchasing intentions influenced by beauty influencers. This study found that online customer reviews and the role of an influencer with high credibility can influence consumer attitudes toward purchase intention. The method used in this research is an associative quantitative method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS VS 21.00. The population in the study were plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of using a hybrid-based fish drying system as an innovative solution to optimize the drying process. The hybrid approach integrates traditional and modern technologies that can improve time efficiency, product quality, and reduce operational costs. The research method includes technical aspect evaluation, cost and benefit analysis, and measurement of economic impact on business actors. The results of the study indicate that this system has significant potential in improving the efficiency and profitability of small and medium enterprises in the salted fish processing sector, with a profitable cost benefit ratio. These findings are expected to be the basis for the wider application of hybrid technology in the fish processing industry, while supporting the development of the local economy. The dryer can prevent dust, dirt, and flies from sticking to fish. Drying fish using a solar dryer can speed up the drying time by up to 4 hours compared to traditional drying (Hantoro, et al., 2018). requires a high initial investment for the community. This study is to help the community consider investing in fish drying equipment in terms of financial feasibility with the criteria of Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Incremental Rate of Return (IRR). The data collection method for this study is a literature study and field observation, to determine the design of the fish drying equipment, drying time, and the percentage of water content reduction in fish, by collecting information on investment costs, production costs, variable costs, fixed costs, labor costs. The sample in this study were Small and Medium Enterprises and those responsible for salted fish production. From the results of the calculation of the breakeven value/Break Event Point quantity (Q) and price (P), the results were 647.83 kg or Rp36,677,792. The use of a fish drying system with a hybrid method is feasible to implement because the NPV is more than 0. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R�) and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). Drawing upon Resource-Based Theory and Institutional Theory, this research proposes a moderation-mediation model tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from 83 women agripreneurs in Malang Regency, and the findings suggest that while DCM significantly mediates the AP–PF relationship, institutional support has an insignificant moderating effect. Age and education as control variables do not significantly alter performance, underscoring the dominance of strategic and digital factors over demographic ones in influencing entrepreneurial outcomes. Informants in this research are the Head of the Tourism Destinations and Creative Economy Division of East Nusa Tenggara Province, visitors to tourist attractions and traders. The data analysis technique in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique and uses SWOT analysis to determine Strengths (view of the sunset, clear sea water, calm waves, thick palm trees, strategic location), Weaknesses (lack of children's playgrounds, lack of facilities and infrastructure support, no accompanying attractions, narrow entrances), Opportunities (increased number of tourists, promotions through online media, local community support) and Threats (decreased environmental support due to tourists paying less attention to cleanliness and sustainability of beaches, threats of natural disasters, various another tourist attraction). The results of this study show that Lasiana Beach is located in Lasiana Village, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Using secondary data from 2017 to 2024, multiple linear regression and path analysis were the methodologies employed in this study. The findings demonstrated that imports had a positive but negligible impact on economic growth, whereas exports had a negative but negligible effect. Furthermore, there is no discernible impact of the rupiah exchange rate on economic growth, suggesting that exchange rate swings are not powerful enough to have a direct impact on the expansion of the national economy. Furthermore, as neither imports nor exports significantly affect the exchange rate, the path analysis's findings demonstrate that the rupiah exchange rate cannot mediate the relationship between imports and exports to economic growth. This result suggests that Indonesia's economic growth may be more significantly influenced by other variables, such as investment, monetary policy, and international economic stability. Further development of butterfly pea flowers MSMEs can be pursued by trying to diversify products and digitize products for global market expansion. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of providing PDPBT (Training on Diversification of Butterfly Pea Flower Products) to increase the understanding and intention of diversification and digitalization of the Prunggahan Kulon Village community. The research used a quantitative method with a one-sided pretest-posttest technique on one experimental class. The results showed that the average pretest score was 138 or in the high interval, meaning respondents had a good initial understanding of the diversification and digitalization of bay flower MSME products. After the PDPBT process was carried out, the post-test results were found with an average of 150 with a maximum value of 170, so the posttest value was in the high interval and increased by 8.87% compared to the pretest results. Based on the results of the N Gain test, the values are 0.4 and 40.8%, which means that PDPBT is in the category of moderate effectiveness and less effective. Hence, there is a growing demand for additional initiatives from local governments and residents to continuously train butterfly pea flower MSMEs. And the research results obtained that: the average for working capital is 1.16 million / month, work experience is 14.5 years, working hours are 16.5 hours / day and fishermen's income is 2.5 million / month. The result of this research is the variable of working capital, working experience and working hour positive influence in simultaneous with fisherman income in Kelapa Lima Districts of Kupang with 53.32 % from the factors and 46.68 % from the other factors. This study uses data on banking industry business entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Sustainability performance is proxied using information disclosure regarding sustainability activities. The research sample was then processed using panel data regression. The results showed that institutional, family, managerial, and foreign ownership were found to improve sustainability performance, while government ownership was found to have no effect. Sustainability performance is found to increase in companies that are classified as healthy. This study systematically reviews the relationship between flexible work arrangements, job autonomy, and work performance, with work engagement as an intervening variable. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzes 55 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2021 and 2025. The findings indicate that work flexibility positively contributes to performance, mainly when mediated by work engagement, which encompasses motivation, dedication, and absorption. Work engagement is a psychological bridge between modern work structures and performance outcomes. These findings reinforce the integration of the Job Demands-Resources Model, Self-Determination Theory, and Work Engagement Theory while providing practical implications for developing adaptive and human-centred work policies. Independent variables used in this research are liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, leverage, and activity ratio. There are also several control variables such as sales growth and firm size, and the pandemic as a dummy variable. The dependent variable used in this research is financial distress which will be measured by the interest coverage ratio. This research uses a quantitative approach with a logistic regression model. The number of samples that meet the characteristics are 324 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. The research results show that the current ratio, debt to equity, return on assets, and firm size have a significant effect on financial distress. Ade Textile Industries' remuneration and work discipline affect employee performance in the textile sector. A survey approach using a questionnaire methodology was used to gather data. Methods of descriptive and verifiable analysis were used to conduct the analysis. Compensation and work discipline significantly and positively affect employee performance, according to the study's findings, with compensation having an influence of 26.8% and discipline by 16.9%. The study employed a quantitative approach, distributing online questionnaires to 150 taxpayers aged 20-50 years. A total of 141 valid responses were collected, which were then analyzed using partial least squares. The findings of this study indicate that attitude affects taxpayer compliance, but subjective norms and perceived behavioral control do not have a significant impact. An interesting finding is that conceptually, perceived behavioral control should have a significant influence, because taxation has high law enforcement. However, since the respondents are taxpayers in rural areas, tax officers often do not enforce the law strictly, but rather take a more nurturing approach towards the taxpayers. Digital banks offer efficiency and flexibility, but face challenges in increasing company value. This research aims to analyze the influence of ROE and EPS on PBV with CP as a mediating variable in digital banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population includes all digital banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, with a total of 9 digital banking companies during 2019-2023. Secondary data was obtained from annual financial reports. The data analysis technique uses the Panel Data Method. The research results show that ROE has a negative influence on PBV both directly and through CP as a mediating variable. EPS also has a direct negative influence on PBV. However, CP has a significant positive influence on PBV, this shows that share prices can be an important indicator in increasing company value. Drawing on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) theory, the research examines how HWF moderates the effect of WLB on EWB using data from 298 hybrid workers across various sectors. Findings reveal that while WLB significantly enhances employee well-being, HWF strengthens this positive relationship as a moderating factor. However, HWF alone does not directly impact well-being. The sample consist of 25 companies over a 5 year observation period. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling is multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS Statistic 29 For Windows test tool. This research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data by taking financial and annual reports from companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019 – 2023. The result of the research show that simultaneously funding decisions, investment decisions and dividend policy have a significant effect on campany value.
