            <text>This study examined the influence of Technology Adoption, Leadership Support, Communication Effectiveness, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance using a quantitative approach. Data were collected from 157 employees across various industries through a structured online questionnaire, with all constructs measured using validated Likert-scale items. Multiple regression analysis conducted via JASP revealed that Technology Adoption, Communication Effectiveness, and Organizational Culture significantly and positively predicted Employee Performance, whereas Leadership Support showed no statistically significant effect. The model explained a substantial portion of variance in employee outcomes, underscoring the importance of digital tools, clear communication, and a supportive organizational culture in enhancing performance. These findings offer valuable insights for organizations aiming to optimize employee output through strategic investments in systems and culture.</text>
