Santoso Tekstil Manufaktur Bandung. Leadership, workload, and motivation serve as independent variables, while work productivity is the dependent variable. A quantitative research approach was adopted, incorporating surveys, interviews, and observations for data collection. The study sampled 73 employees and employed statistical analyses such as Validity and reliability assessments, descriptive analysis, classical assumption evaluations, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination analysis. The findings reveal that leadership, workload, and motivation significantly impact work productivity, both individually and collectively.
