The sample selection used saturated sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 4 companies with 8 years of observation so that 32 data were obtained. The method of testing the hypothesis in this study uses a panel data regression model with Fixed Effect Model approach and for testing the moderated variable using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model. The data analysis of the two models uses Eviews version 12 program. The result of this study show that capilat structure (DER), earning per share (EPS) and environment, social and governance (ESG) don�t have a significant effect on stock prices.
