However, in its implementation, there is a digital divide that hinders the progress of digital transformation in the company. This research aims to examine the influence of digital literacy and digital culture on the digital divide. The sample in this study consisted of 82 employees from one health laboratory company in Bandung. Purposive sampling methods were applied to Generation X and Y. Data was processed using SEM-PLS techniques, and the results showed that there is an influence of digital literacy on the digital divide, digital literacy on digital culture, and digital culture on the digital divide.
