Through a comprehensive literature review, this article explores the definitions, dimensions, and factors influencing implementation, as well as flexibility and responsibility to customer demand, operational efficiency, and market competitive advantage. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows the collection and analysis of relevant data related to the research topic.
